WIBCC recognizes the extraordinary young leaders of our community who contribute to the WIBCC cause to provide the Lend A Helping Hand Program to women and their families affected by Breast Cancer!
West Islip School District | | The children, teachers and staff of all West Islip Schools generously contribute by assembling baskets, holding a Breast Cancer Walk, and creating "Pink Ribbon Day" to raise funds for the WIBCC "Lend A Helping Hand Program"! |
West Islip High School Wrestling |  
| WI Wrestling team, coached by Nick LaGiglia, hosted the West Islip Holiday Breast Cancer Awareness Wrestling Tournament, helped take down breast cancer by raising about $1,000 for the WI Breast Cancer Coalition through t-shirt and 50/50 raffle sales. |
Collins Girls | 
| The Collins sisters, of Freeport, made bracelets to sell at Clam Shucking while their Mom, Doris was volunteering, selling raffle tickets. The girls donated all of the money they raised at Clam Shucking to the WIBCC. A great family doing great |
Girl Scouts & Brownies |  
| The West Islip Girl Scouts went above and beyond to assure that our clients had a bountiful holiday season. From filling baskets with food to purchasing and wrapping presents, these thoughtful girls didn't forget anything or anyone during the holidays!things to help other families!! |
